Netmeds — pathetic customer service for refund | |
This is the second time that i had a terrible experience with netmeds customer service team for a refund. The team kept lying that the refund has been initiated but the amount did not reflect on my bank account even after 10 working days. Muliple follow-up calls to get the transaction ids were made by me and not even an email was sent by netmeds confirming the refund. Even though they offer 15-20% discount and the order delivery is on time, but if your order is cancelled or only partial order is delivered, it's a wild goose chase to get your refund. Both times, i approached my bank to dispute the amount as i used a credit card for payment and only after that, i got the netmeds refund credited. Refund from other establishments get processed on time, so this is a clear issue with netmeds only (That too twice!) Was this information helpful? | |

It's been more than 6 days.. they have taken my money but neither I am getting the medicine nor I am getting any response, when I call them they customer service is always busy. I am unable to contact any body it's like they just took my money away
