[Resolved] Netmeds — patient name is not mentioned in the invoice. | |||
I called the customer care to update the patient name in the invoice as i have to submit it for claim. But they are saying that it can't be changed as i have informed it after 1 month although the mistake was from their end. I just want to know where in your policy document it's written that the invoice should be updated within 1 month of dilivary? I want the updated invoice with patient name so that i can make the claim. Please solve this issue asap else you will lose a valuable customer. Order id:[protected]a.
