[Resolved]  Netmeds — Payment deducted but order not placed

My payment of rs 2736/- amount taken by netmeds but my order not placed it's more than 5 day's they have not refunded my amount even after giving them all the evidence of payment transaction like account statement and UPI transaction below is screen shot
