[Resolved]  Netmeds — Payment is done for an order but not showing in the order section

Hello, my Name is Sooraj Subramanian, I placed an order on netmeds on 25th August 2022 and paid an amount of 1908 rupees using Google Pay, the money was deducted but the order is not showing in netmeds app. pls help .. thank you
