I have never seen this worst service before. on the next day when I talked with customer care, they responded like your money is not reflected in our account it will take 24 to 48 hours, I was like really in UPI it takes this long? n after since that day its been my routine to talk to customer care and listen to only one thing " wait 24 to 48 hours" from every customer care executive. and now after 5 days they just told me to wait 24-48 hours and then after we going to process which takes more than 7-9 days. so the main issue is they are selling medicines online n then also they are completely unprofessional. i never recommend this to someone.

Updated by zak momin I already talked more than 4 times with your customer care executives and right now I don't understand what exactly going on. have you ever sent back refund money to any customer before? I think your company doesn't deserve to sell medicines online. can you able to share the exact cause for this issue?
the main thing is once customer side payment got successful from that time only it all about customer problems that have done something wrong so the customer has to do all things to receive their own money ..

please share those numbers as well in which nobody claims their money and u got those funds as a piece of cake ..
