I had ordered one item and I got a call from the delivery person on Sunday
31/ 07/ 2022 at around 7: 57 PM and no. is ([protected]). He asked me for an OPT no. and I shared that OPT and he told me one of our delivery person is going to deliver a product today. So I was waiting to deliver and one of the delivery person called and his no. and he told me you have to wait. I am coming, so I was waiting and waiting. Finally he told me that i will not come today, I will come tomorrow. Next day i called that person he just took as a casual he told yes i am coming and coming but he didn't. So finally I called that delivery person on Wednesday. I just asked if you were not coming then why you asked me for an OPT, so he was getting totally rude and that kind of behavior was not tolerable for me. Finally I called NETMEDS customer care. I told them my whole story and they hung my call twice. Also i email to Netmds they didnot give any useful response. So team, I want strict action and also my product. If i did not get any response from your side then i will go legally .
