Netmeds — Product not delivered after 6 days of delivery date | |||
I have ordered medicine from your company with Id[protected]ASO1. The delivery date was 4th Oct. But till now after calling 3 times to your customer care I did not get my product. Today it's showing failed delivery. This is totally unprofessional way of dealing with the same. I need my product today. Customers are not fools waiting for medicines which are essential for patient. But your company is unable to deliver the product on time. And everytime I'm calling to customer care, they are telling we have raise issue but nothing happened. Deliver it asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
