[Resolved] Netmeds — product not delivered but saying delivered | |||
I have ordered one product from netmeds on 27th oct 18. I got an email stating that "please note that your order xxxx has been handed over to the courier service for delivery. We will email and sms your tracking no. Shortly." Again i got an another email : "your tracking number for the recent order xxxx has been issued. The tracking id is xxxx. And expected delivery is between 29oct to 31oct. You can track your order by clicking the following link: https://netmeds.clickpost.in/?waybill=XXXX" I checked that link it is showing that : "your order has been shipped." Till now i am waiting for delivery of product. I have not received any order but i got an email : "we are pleased to inform you that your recent order xxxx has been delivered to the following address:" And the track link they shared still showing message "your order has been shipped" not delivered. Netmed is totally fake. They are just showing order is shipped, order has been delivered not doing anything in real. Was this information helpful? | |||

For which we deeply regret.
