[Resolved] Netmeds — product seal is broken and refund not credited | |||
I have ordered a medicine on 29 august, 2019 and delivered on 17th sept, 2019. So much delay in delivery but that also the seal of the medicine is broken. Its look like someone tempered this. I have no option in the netmeds app for return. Another case is they deducted money for some order but the order was not completed. I raised a complain for refund but they are not refunding the amount. What to do now? Was this information helpful? | |||
