Hi Team,
So far, only 3 out of 4 medicines in this order[protected]ASO1) have been delivered. Another sub-order (1 prescribed-medicine) of the same order still shows the status ShipmentHeld. The same shipment address (which is correct) has been used for the many Netmeds orders in the recent past.
In this regard, I called and emailed their customer support several times but they committed it would be delivered by next day but NO progress yet for long days. Also, I spoke to their delivery-partner (ecomexpress.in) and they are telling Netmeds has to UNLOCK the OFD (Out for delivery) lock from their side and then they will do the delivery.
My ailing father residing in my hometown awaiting to receive this prescribed-medicine for the past 15 days.
Please facilitate to deliver it at the earliest.

I am NOT sure why so much hassle on this Netmeds order which was originally placed on 04Dec2021 (Saturday), due to technical glitch in their system the order got processed only on 08Dec2021 (Wednesday) after my repeated follow-up with their customer-care team.

Again, the same delivery issue on my next order too. Seems their courier partner (EcomExpress) team is dumping it stating false reason in their system.
