I had ordered Melano-TX Cream (2 pieces)
After opening the parcel I saw that only boxes of Melano-TX was there ( there was no cream in it )
After complaining they have just shared a video of packaging that makes no sense... everything is blurred in video (No details like date, order id, time, product detail) is visible
Only one thing is visible that they have packed 2 empty boxex in my parcel
And keeping everything side... It doesn't make any sense to share packaging video with Costumer
How do I know that what happened in the middle way... how do I know that what happened in between Delhi to Uttar Pradesh
It's your system it's your responsibility to take care of everything untill it reached to Costumer
Now, Should I catch the delivery boy and ask where is my product or should I go to your warehouse and ask about my product or should I go to the seller and ask about my product
Where should I go ?
NETMEDS have just scammed me by taking my money and giving me empty boxex only
