[Resolved]  Netmeds — Refund is not initiated

My name is Deepthy S Nair and [protected]@gmail.com is my registered mail id. I returned a product (Michelle Aq injection-2 units) I ordered from Netmeds on 6th of April. Today is April 14, and they haven't initiated the refund yet. I contacted them through mail, phone and even chat, but of no use. They are giving assurance that it will be done soon, but it has been 8 days!!! NMS[protected]ARSSO1 is my order id. I need my money back. Its 227.96 rupees.

After much hastle, they refunded the amount. But can't accept their irresponsibility.
