I have self returned (Hepamerz tablets) a part of my order placed on 3rd December which has already reached them on 22nd December and have mailed the details regarding the courier on 20th December at [protected]@netmeds.com and have received the
ticket number [protected].
I have not been credited till date and have to call the customer care every single day, still they don't work on it and have made false commitment s.
