With all due respect, sir, I ordered some medicine on Friday, July 29th. I checked my status and it showed that my order had declined, but at the time of ordering I made a payment of Rs. 243.01 through my simple postpaid account.
A bill has been raised from my simple postpaid account, but I am not bound to pay any amount to any third party because I have not received an order from netmeds till now. Further When a bill is raised from a Simpl Postpaid account, I pay that amount. But actually, I didn't have any liability to pay the amount since I hadn't received any orders from netmeds.
Today is August 24, and twenty-Six days have passed but no amount has been received from NetMeds. For confirmation of payment, I attached the payment receipt for both the slip where I pay to NetMeds and the amount that I pay to Simple when the bill is paid.
After so many emails to you, there are so many emails that you sent regarding cooperation, but nothing of the amount has been received till now. If you don't respond now, I will severely take police action against you and file a case in the high court for making false statements. I want you to consider the problem; otherwise, I will contact the Indian consumer within the next two days and file a complaint against you.
Please provide your customer support number and confirm with me when my problem is resolved.
So please resolve my problem and refund the amount as soon as possible.
