Netmeds — Refund not initiated Even after two weeks

There were 5 items ordered amount of 1595/-, but the courier came with only one item of rs 45, but demanded to take the whole amount of 1595/-
after two attemts at delivering we opted to cancel and refund. Two weeks have passed but we havent received any update on the refund.
