My name is Ravi Raj.order id is[protected]A i order medicine on 21 November 2021.But unfortunately pin of deliver area is wrong i.e 110035 instead of 110032.
I call your customer care then i told about this to your executive.he told me that''sir aap nishchint rhiye apka ye order cancel kr deta hu and aap fresh order place kr lijiye aur apka refund 24 -48 hours me aa jaega.on the assurance of customer support executive i place a new order .now the play is start .i receive medicine on my order.i also receive medicine which your executive tell me that order is canceled. Now i got double medicine. I call to your customer care executive they raise a return request .after many calls pickup agent is coming.i return all medicine .i regularly call to your executive. But this is your worst customer service. Which people you engaged for customers care service they didn't get any right. Which persons get right it impossible to get connect with them.till now i didn't get refund. You people make customers fools.you take medicine and also not refund my money. I call several times but same executive says your issue is highlighted and escalate to seniors. But no one in netmeds get care of customers.
