[Resolved]  Netmeds — Refund not received it's been months

I had ordered medicines in April first week and returned one medicine, to which they refunded in NMS cash and I asked them to send to my bank account instead but have not received a refund till date. In that same week I contacted the customer care via chat and asked them about refund update, they said it will 2-3 weeks or more. I then asked them to return another medicine due to doctor changing the dosage, they agreed to return since it was still in the return window. After two weeks I contacted them again as they had not come to pick my return and they said no return has been initiated, after a lot of texts and me sending screenshots of the messages they agreed to initiate return. And then they refunded in NMS cash again so I asked them to send it to my bank which they told will take 2-3 weeks. Then I mailed them in May again about refund update for both orders, i hadn't received a refund for both my orders, they said 2-3 weeks. And even after many follow ups I have failed to get my refund till date. It's been 3 months now. Why they are taking so long for a simple refund I don't know. All they say is 2-3 weeks.
