Sharing my first encounter with Netmeds and the way Netmeds team behaved till now:
1. I ordered a few medicines on[protected].
2. Requested to return the same on[protected].
3. After multiple follow ups with NetMeds via Chat, Email and calls, finally the return pickup was made on[protected].
4. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. Neither I get any confirmation nor do I have any request ID. Even If I login to NetMeds, I don't have any updates.
[protected], [protected] are a few ticket numbers raised for return order and for refund none of you chat executives provide me any ticket id.
Every time i chat with customer care they have only 1 answer "As it's COD order it will take 2-3 weeks to get the amount refund".
