I have ordered a product on 21/09/22. Eventhough the amount as deducted from my account, the order has not been placed. I have been contacting the customer care teams from 25/09/22, even mailed a complaint at [protected]@netmeds.com, but there is no positive response from them. Its been one month thar I have been waiting for the refund. Please take the necessary actions regarding my complaint.
