[Resolved]  Netmeds — Refund of my money

I had ordered medicines in November 24th 2021. 7:19pm.

I have been a member since last year but have been ordering medicines for the past 3 years maybe more from Netmeds. I am a senior citizen and diabetic. My medicines are for my diabetes.
I wasn't informed about the netmeds cancelling this order till I realised they hadn't sent the meds on the due dates. When I went onto the site to track my order, it was mentioned the order was cancelled. So I started calling up the toll free number to which they told me it was cancelled due to some of the non availability of one of the medicines. I was told to reorder and the money would be refunded. To which I did. But sadly it was put into my wallet which I struggled to use when I reordered the following month. In January 2022, I contacted them and this time I was determined to get my money back as when I checked the amount of ₹2552/-, was expired. Mind you this is my money. Again after numerous attempts of calling Netmeds's I finally was assured of getting my money debited into my bank account, which never happened. From that time I have been following up. To all this they say they cannot do anything. Why, why should I let my money go to Netmeds. And I have my membership with the, m till July 2022. Can someone please help me. There may be others who are in the same situation.

Regarding my order, When I checked my wallet and saw that they had credited the amount, I did order again, but like I mentioned I could not utilise the said amount. I had to pay for my order again. And no help was even given when I spoke to netmeds customer support. This is unacceptable as I am still loosing my money which is my loss. As you can see I've ordered when I was in Mumbai and I have put the order on hold as I couldn't utilise my refund. When it was still valid. Someone from Netmeds should call or even a msg telling their valued customer, that the refund is in my wallet. Yes, I did get a mail stating the same about the expiry date but why should my refund, my money have an expiration date. Not justified at all. Please please, this is definitely unacceptable.. A dissatisfied customer...
