[Resolved]  Netmeds — Refund of my product

The issue that I have experienced was: On 3rd August i had ordered 2 medicines from Netmeds.com. They automatically returned my product without my permission. They also deduct my money from my bank account. It's 4-5 days they are not giving refund of my order. They always say this that your refund process will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours. They are doing nothing. They even don't reply on emails.
Pay my refund with 20% interest. Because they keep waiting me for the refund.
