I had ordered two medicines (order id[protected]M)on 22 April 2020 and i was told that i will receive the products maximum in 17 days, but they failed to send me the products nor any information, they had CORONA on their side but i have to admit this is the worst customer service i have faced ever. Two times when i asked the status after posting the review in play store because they failed to reply on inform me in the app, they apparently sent my order back, for god knows what reason. And finally a new order was created with a new ID- NMS[protected]MRS and i received one product on 12 June 2020. And after this fiasco when it was time to refund the money i had to get behind them and through play store i was told that i will get my refund by 23rd June 2020. that date came and went and June is also over and there is no sign of my refund of 1570 Rs even after mailing and putting up my details in play store again like i was asked.
This is almost mental assault for what I've been through i should be getting something more in return for the worst service but I'm just waiting for the rightful Money I've paid and deserve to be refunded. Was this information helpful? |
