[Resolved] Netmeds — Reverse pickup o[censored]nwanted medicines not done and just fooling me around | |||
Hi, Netmeds ticket no:[protected] I have ordered some medicines on 18th may-20 for my mother for diabetes. But after receiving the medicines my mother sugar level was increased and doctor prescribed new medicines. So i requested netmeds to collect the unwanted medicines and they told that due to covid19 lockdown all pickup are stopped and they will pickup it once service is resumed and asked me to keep the medicines as it is. Even after a month on 17th june i had sent mail but didn't get any response and when i followed with them they gave the same reason. I again sent mail to them on 9th aug, 14th aug but didn't get any response. On 26th aug i got a mail from them that i can courier the medicines to the address mentioned in the invoice and once received they will refund the medicine money and courier charges of rs 120 to my netmeds wallet. As suggested i had couriered the medicines to the address mentioned on the invoice on 7th sept by dtdc express consignment no m86014351 by spending rs 200/- The courier was denied by the planet pharma and the courier was returned to me today on 16th sept. I informed netmeds about the same and they told they didn't get the courier. I am fed up of this as i think netmeds is fooling me around and are not in mood of refund. Buying medicines from netmeds is been a big headache for me as the medicines are returned to me and also spent rs 200 for courier which was of no use. Was this information helpful? | |||
