[Resolved] Netmeds — short supply of goods | |||||
The complaint is regarding short supply of goods. - one baidyanath neem toothpaste supplied instead of two ordered, paid for, and also showed in the accompanying challan. But the actual delivery is of one nos only. Earlier after deleting my initial complaint m/s netmeds wrote me on 9th nov 2018 "we regret to inform you that due to a technical error, your email ticket was deleted from the system. If you still have a pending issue concerning your netmeds order, please open a new ticket immediately so we can respond." And. A. New ticket (# nme[protected] was assigned to my query against my relaunching of complaint sent to [protected]@ netmeds.com on 9th nov.. Cs m/s netmeds wrote resolving my issues and answering my questions are your top priority. But all claims seem to be lofty.
