[Resolved]  Netmeds — Silence on customer complaint. Not refunded

Address:Lalithapuram street, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014, Tamil Nadu, India

The orders are in transit status for 13 days. I reached out to your customer care team more than 5 times but no resolution yet. I have emailed on 20th and on 31st of jan but no response from the team.

Due to INORDINATE DELAY, subject Medicines have been purchased from other sources. Hence I want Immediate REFUND.

Request you to resolve the issue and refund back my money.
