[Resolved] Netmeds — the delivery items are less than what I ordered | |||||
Hi, This is regarding an online order that I asked from netmeds. I paid them for 2 packs. Each of them should contain 10 sachets. But when I received and open the parcel, only one has 10 sachets, another has six sachets only.When I raised a query to netmeds, they are sharing a packing video of 0 seconds which and say that this is justification of packing.I need to raise my concerns for this so that such companies should not be able to do such things with their customers anymore. That I have ordered to send it, but if I had not been strong enough to be careful today then maybe there could be DANGER.
So I'm saying again and again extra caution should be taken.
