[Resolved] Netmeds — Ticket No:[protected] about the short supply

With regard to the above referred ticket number about the short supply of medicine delivered to me on 15th of July. It has not been resolved even after i forming you on the same time when the item was reached in my hand. My order was for Eliqis 5mg i pack. Ie 20nos/2stips of ten tablets. And the payment was taken for one box of twenty tablets. But box in which the item was send to me was containing only one strip of 10tablets.
The delay to resolve this issue is not acceptable and unexpected from a professional company.
