Netmeds — Too long waiting, software doesnt work, no back up for lightoverall worst experience

Good morning, i m standing in netmeds jhajjar from last 45 minutes, firstly they took too long to make bill dn they said you need to take 1 1 quantity as billing was not done. When i refused they tried to bill again but dn no light so now they r making manually. Means if on sonday any one has to buy he has to wait his whole sunday to get few medicines and may be you have idea how it feels like for a wrking female.
