[Resolved]  Netmeds — Took money for online doctor consultation, but did not provide service

On 29 December 2021, I made a payment of INR 200 to netmeds for consultation of a doctor. I got their confirmation email from [protected]@netmeds.com stating that my order has been CONFIRMED, and I will be contacted by one of their doctors soon.

I haven’t received the service and I informed that to netmeds. Ticket number [protected]. They replied they are unable to find the issue, and to send the order id details I received.

On 30 Dec 2021, I sent the details to them at [protected]@netmeds.com, but they didn’t contact me back.

On 31 Dec 2021, I sent an email to [protected]@netmeds.com, asking them to cancel the order and refund my money as they haven’t provided the service. They replied saying I haven’t replied to the ticket number [protected]. But I forwarded their consultation confirmation email with order id details 2 times to [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com.

When they have my email id and phone number with the complaint I made to them first, they can get my order id details. But they were doing some kind of drama by again asking for those details. Anyway I forwarded them the details they asked.

Either they should’ve provided me the service for which they have taken money or they should’ve refunded the money they taken from me.

I have 2 times forwarded you the confirmation email provided by you when I made the payment, in which the order id and date are clearly mentioned. Again, in this website also I have attached the same email screenshot with order id and order date. You need the order id again? Pathetic customer service. I’m attaching your confirmation email here again, in which the order id and order date are mentioned.
