Netmeds — Transaction refund

I ordered some medicine from netmeds on 30th may 2023. After my doing transaction netmeds was showing that it went unsuccessful but money has been deducted from my account. I had to another payment for that same medicine as I was in urgent need. Please refund my money and tske appropriate actions as required
