[Resolved] Netmeds — undelivered item even after a month | |
I had ordered two items vide my order i'd no[protected]a dt 16th april. Track id[protected] dt 20th april. I am yet to receive one item i. E 500 ml hand sanitizer. I had paid fully for both the items via debit card. I have received only one item out of two on 26th. After that inspite of numerous complaints and e mails they are totally silent. No response. Verified Support May 13, 2020 Netmeds Customer Care's response Dear Prasun Chakraborti, Greetings from Netmeds.com!!! We regret any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, one of the ordered products went out of stock while processing. Hence we had to cancel it from the order. We have refunded the product amount through the original payment mode on 20th Apr'20. And, we have now shared the refund reference through your registered email id. We would request you to check with the bank along with the shared refund information if still the amount is not been credited in your account.
