I have been ordering certain psychiatric medications from netmeds.com for years. All prescriptions have been prescribed by the same doctor and I have never had a problem with my order before. This time I submitted the same valid prescription from the same doctor for the same medication I have always ordered and the prescription was rejected, even though it meets all the requirements that customer service has told me my prescription should have. When I have called customer service I am told that my prescription is valid, but when I place my order, I receive a mail saying it is invalid. I have sent over half a dozen emails asking what part of my prescription is incomplete or invalid, but each time I receive the same.generic response that my prescription is invalid, and no reason is given. This is for the same.medication I have been ordering for years, and the prescription is exactly like the ones I have previously submitted. I'm happy to share a copy of my prescription if someone can tell me how or why exactly is my prescription invalid.
