My order ID is[protected]A. Order placed on 6th Aug 2022. Estimated delivery time between 7th to 10th Aug 2022. But if we are come to an medicines that would be delivered within 2 days. Although the delivery still showing in processing even after the last delivery date was 10th Aug and now it's 12th Aug
Still I have not received the medicine.
Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket was raised to set a priority delivery in 24 hrs. I have raised 3 complaints from 10th Aug still i didn't get any solution. Even after told that this is emergency because that medicines are for my mother who is suffering from diabetes so i conveyed about that and told to do early for past 4 days there was a gap in her medicines routine because of this careless pharmacy app netmeds. And now I am not able to cancel this order because i have already paid the amount.
Netmeds really giving me the worst experience. This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.
