I have place complaints under two ticket numbers as mentioned above and have emailed them more than 10 times. But I'm getting the same one response from netmeds - "Please note that we have forwarded your issue to our concern team."
But besides this no action has been taken till now from their side.
Desirable Resolution - To give the right product and take back the wrong product.
OR
Refund the complete amount and take back the product.
