I sneha sen, an airline staff landed back from my flight tonight around 00:00 hrs. After clearing immigration i was checking a chanel perfume.. But by mistake the price plate below the perfume fell for which i immidiately appologised to the staff near that place.. But there was a lady who was the part of the staff said very rudely to me "why don't you be careful? Just because you are in so hurry you dropped the price plate" she said it so loud that many people started looking at me which was very humiliating. I want to ask you that do your staff have the same behaviour or is it just because i am an airline staff?
I wish i had taken her name and complained to the supervisor. But i would do it tomorrow personally.
I would also appreciate if you could brief your staff regarding such kind of behaviour. This is absolutely unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
