Hello, I lost my pouch during security check in at terminal 3.I am sure that I had seen my make up last at security check in only.It is a transparent pounch with red check on outer surface.It contains a lot of make up stuff and a gold plated chain in it.
Please tell me how to check security cameras as I am sure I lost it there only.

    This is with reference to the baggage not received on landing at Kathmandu Airport of the below passenger.

    Name: Sanjay Mehta
    Flight: AI 215
    Travelled from Delhi to Kathmandu
    Date of Travel: 10th Mar 2022

    I hereby confirm that there was no electronics device such as Power bank etc was there in the passenger’s luggage. He did not get any information regarding this at Delhi Airport by the security person and is stucked at the Kathmandu Airport with no luggage.

    This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and would request the team to please look into this and get this resolved asap.

    I will wait for the response.

      I sneha sen, an airline staff landed back from my flight tonight around 00:00 hrs. After clearing immigration i was checking a chanel perfume.. But by mistake the price plate below the perfume fell for which i immidiately appologised to the staff near that place.. But there was a lady who was the part of the staff said very rudely to me "why don't you be careful? Just because you are in so hurry you dropped the price plate" she said it so loud that many people started looking at me which was very humiliating. I want to ask you that do your staff have the same behaviour or is it just because i am an airline staff?
      I wish i had taken her name and complained to the supervisor. But i would do it tomorrow personally.
      I would also appreciate if you could brief your staff regarding such kind of behaviour. This is absolutely unacceptable.

        After going through all the hassles at the IGI airport, I am compelled to write to you a complaint about my left luggage at Terminal 3 on Aug 03 when I left for New York with United Airlines. Starting from security people upto the airlines staff are not helpful at all.Although your web site shows a different picture. It happened like this I was flying on United Airlines to NewYork on Aug 03 dep at 11, 50 pm, I had a carry on small suit case besides my checked baggage.My carry on small suit case was stopped at security check point as it has a brand new sealed SINGER sewing machine in it, The flight was about to leave in 10 min as I got my seat at the last min, I rushed through customs immigration, and security check, I was forced to leave my suit case at security check point, as checkin counters were closed and I coudnt not check it it but I requested the security officer on duty that I will request the airline to gate check but they didn't not let me take it. Security supervisor told me that leave it here we will send it to lost and found and you can claim it in 90 days from OLd Udaan Bhavan where the lost and found deptt. is located. Upon reaching Toronto via New York I contacted your customer service at airport they could not provide me any help, then I contacted United they also coudn't not help as the carry on suit was not a checked bag(according to them), then I contacted Today your lost and found deptt at IGI on 5th aug I was told the staff is on lunch while it was 4 pm in India .Now today Aug 12 I called Old Udaan Bhavan lost and found deptt.they surprised me more by telling that nothing was sent to us on 3rd or 4th Aug.from airport. I myself checked your web site on 4th that there is a carry on suitcase bag reported in Lost and Found registered on your web site on 4th.My suit case had a name tag on it and it was locked with a small lock but seems that that there is someone who has stolen by bag and no one is faithful enough to correctly and properly help me.I also wrote an e mail to Lost property.dial @gmrgroup.in, on aug 5th but no one has responded May I please request you to kindly help me in this matter. I am attaching my BOARDING PASS, MY BUSINESS CARD attached to the suit case and PICTURE of suit case but the colour of the suitcase is ALMOND BROWN.My e mail [protected]@yahoo.com
