New Era Business Solutions — regarding rudeness of job offered

They have offered job for the post of operation/ technical support engineer for ibm india. For this backdoor process they have taken total amount of rs 70000/- from me for various process regarding recruitment and also gave me offer letter. They also told that company will hire me after three months. But i have send the offer letter for verification to the company, in reply it has been told that the offer letter is not genuine. Now the phone no. Has been changed so that the candidate couldn't get in touch. Please help me to get my amount back.
