I am Hiren Joshi. Advisor of new India assurance since last 4years. My code is:NIAG00096737. My name is Hiren Kumar Suresh Bhai Joshi. My client policy which was going to expired on 19/01/2021, but no renewal Notice was provide by branch even i was visit 3times in a branch but no any response from branch. As A advisor if this type of behavior done by officers with me than what about customer. so i renew that policy in other company because of bad behavior of new india assurance branch staff of Palanpur, Banaskantha, Gujarat, 385001. so kindly do necessary action .
