[Resolved]  New India Assurance — Claim

policy no.--[protected]
accident date --29.08.2016
claim submit date --09.10.2016.
claim payment due after 5 month of accident and 4 month of claim submission.
No one reply and response of my phone and mail .
Branch manager said your file gone to division office . Divisional manager said we are investigate.
after 5 month of accident i am weating of my payment .
why they are investigate after 5 month? why not whithin reparing period.?

my complain is not solve till now. but company says yours complain has resolved . how it is possible. i am waiting company response.
