New India Assurance — claim no [protected]

Dear sir/madam,
I yogesh kadam claim no [protected].
Since from 15/07/2017 i had submitted all claim related documents. But i have not yet received my claim amount to my account. I had call so many times but only answer is given that it will come to your account. I had a lot of problem.
