Actually the reason behind the complaint is new india is a government company and they have right to ignore customer or do their work as per their convenience
. I do not waste the time here for these ridiculous and stupid government companies. The thing i am talking about them is they do not pick the calls at any cost, i have an issue about claim they don not acknowledge me whether they receive/process the file or not. After all these week points they do not pick the calls.in delhi i was trying to call the claim department naraina branch new india office. They do not pick calls. Now i got frustrated and decide to never ever buy the government company motor insurance policies. Atleast private companies do their work on time.
