New India Assurance — Delay and reimbursement of claim amount

I would like to draw your attention.The matter is Myself Dr guddakesh kumar) a baleno(AmDelta petrol)with registration no.BR 01 DZ 6490.
I have taken insurance of new india insurance from policy bazaar this year. Before taking the insurance they assured me that i will not have to give any amount once i take the claim. I took the best insurance like zero depth and all with good premium amount . I went through accident approx two and half month ago. I sent my car to maruti alankar boring canal road for repair . They denied me for cashless since i have taken it from policy bazaar. I claimed to new india portal they didnot bother to assign surveyor for 10- 15 days. No body picked my phone at regional office patna. It stressed me a lot. Since i had single car i am facing very difficult situation to travel for daily hospital duty. This is about two and galf month my car is in alankar service. I could not get my car. New india insurance is not reimbursing the amount and alankar is not leaving my car. As said by alankar service patna gave 97k bill. New india surveyor is giving only about 50k. Since i have paid the full premium why will iface such problem. They have trapped me.
After all stress and difficulties i am writing this to consumer forum and filing court case against all concerning official. New india assurance need full amount as charged by alankar servive garrage patna.
