New India Assurance — delay in do for cashless policy

I have given my car mp19 cb 8696 for claim car has already repaired confirmed by service before 5 days but till date nia satna branch has not provided do sothat i can take my car.
As i confirmed from maruti service centre they said that car already prepared but waiting for nia do approval.
I have taken cashless policy then why such type of issue???
