Respected sir,

I would like to invite your benign attention to the above protracted correspondence. Vide my representation-cum-appeal dated 22.11.2017, under reference no.5, i have clearly mentioned the points about the huge and unlawful deductions made by new india assurance company in respect of my claim amount, further requesting therein to release the deducted amount of rs.15436.00/- however, with great agony, i am afraid and regret to state that after elapse of more than one month’s period new india assurance company ltd., jalgaon, dist. Jalgaon neither taken any care of my representation-cum-appeal nor sent any reply till this date, this shows your negligence and causality in respect of your esteemed customer by avoiding your responsibility.

Kindly request you please to solicit necessary orders to the concerned to take legitimate action in respect of my representation and oblige.
