New India Assurance — Medical health insurance certificate for 2023-24

I have a Good Health Policy[protected] serviced by Citi bank for the past several years. I have renewed year this year on 27 Jan 2023 with premium of Rs 33651. I have noT yet received the confirmation mail from New India nor have I received the policy certificate.

MDI have not been very helpful in this regard as the MDID No MDI5-[protected] and Certificate No GH FEB23 03492/01/A has a different policy holder name.

I am 67 years and I seek the renewed policy health certificate for this year urgently so as to seek medical attention
