New India Assurance — Medical Insurance valid Reimbursement Claim denied

My claim for an operation of Ovarian Cystectomy Lap, that was conducted by doctors (and hospital confirmed it would be reimbursed under that package) during the C-Section operation for bringing out the baby, has been denied unjustifiably. During the discharge the dedicated customer service team from the insurance company told that this claim will be reimbursed separately. Now they are denying. And nobody has discussed with me with a suitable explanation why the claim is denied.
