We have motor two wheeler policy no[protected] for our royal
Enfield motor cycle registration no - up-22 ad 3306.

Our bike meet with and accident and was repaired at ess aar motors
Mayapuri. Our case is handled by mr. Neeraj[protected].

Mr. Neeraj has submitted file file last week of november 2017 for
Reimbursement of rs 69000/-. It is almost 30 days we have not
Received our payment.

We would appreciate you to expedite the matter.
