New India Assurance — non-receipt of hard copy of original car insurance policy and premium paid receipt

Renewed motor policy no.[protected]

The above policy has been issued by new india assurance on online payment if renewal premium on 22.10.2017

Despite writing several emails requesting for hard copy of the above original car insurance policy and premium paid receipt, till date i have not received the same

Request you to download policy soft copies from portal following the below steps:

1) register on https://web.newindia.co.in (Skip of already a registered user)
2) please login after successful registration and please change your password.
3) under policies tab, click on link my policies.
4) enter policy number[protected] and the policyholder /customer id 3d10489217
5) on submitting your policy will be linked.
6) go back to policies tab. There you will see the linked policy
7) next to the policy number on the right hand side, the icon of an eye is available under action to view the policy details
8) you can then download the documents.

The hard copy of your policy documents will be sent within 10-15 working days at your registered mailing address.in case of any unforeseen circumstances you do not receive the hard copy, request you to write a mail to the branch office - nia. [protected]@newindia.co.in for the same. (Xxxxxx are the first six digits of your policy) mentioning the policy number for further assistance.
