New India Assurance — non refund of the excess premium paid for policy[protected]

Regarding the aforesaid policy, the premium amount was calculated wrongly and it was paid in excess on 24/10/2017, but regret to say that till today the excess premium amount 3719 has not yet been refunded to me in spite of several contacts. The company is totally irresponsible by saying there is renovation going on in the company so your refund cannot be processed. This is really a very stupid way of answering. Why should a customer wait for your stupidity? First of all, the company should have arranged an alternate office for routine work. Will the company wait for me if i say reason?. I really laugh at your way of functioning. Should i publish this in the media? Make arrangements with concerned person to get my refund immediately. If you still delay, the matter will go to the media.
