New India Assurance — payment settlement

Hi,

This is in reference to my claim settlement... It's been over 14 days that my claim was processed for settlement but i have not received any response nor payment... I have been mailing and calling them on regular but there's no response... They don't value their customers... The response i get is its going to take time, there is an internal delay... How is that solving my problem? If there is an internal problem why do i suffer for it...
